Merging identities depends on the management type of the identities.
For example, a managed identity can only be merged into another managed identity, while an external identity can be merged into a managed or external identity.
The conditions for merging identities are:
- managed -> managed
- external -> managed, external
- system -> managed, external, system
- unregistered -> managed, external, system
- unknown -> managed, external, system, unregisteredRecent Requests
